Admissions

The Club does not have an open admissions policy. Prospective members are considered based on an individual's fit with the Club and their willingness and ability to meet our Rules of Conduct and expectations.  The Sifu and instructor determine admissions for each prospective member. Minors under the age of 18 who are admitted must have the enrollment forms signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Behaviors that include, but are not limited to, a disregard to our Rules of Conduct, unethical conduct, bullying, hazing, intimidation, harassment, disruptive behaviors, other malicious acts, failure to pay tuition and solicitation for personal business (financial or non-financial) are automatic disqualifications from admission or termination of membership after being admitted.  Former members who were discharged are not eligible for readmissions nor allowed to return for visits.

The Club may remove members whom the Club deems in its discretion to be disruptive to the learning environment, dangerous to other members and instructors, have acted in a manner that shows lack of respect and dignity for instructors and/or members, violated any intellectual property rights of the Club or others, or have engaged in any form of misconduct, such as violating confidentiality. Members removed from our Club for violations of the Rules of Conduct are not eligible for refunds, whether prorated or in full.

Although the federal public health emergency has ended for Covid, our club requires proof of Covid vaccinations before enrollment. Prospective students who are not able to comply with our Covid vaccination requirement are ineligible to join.
